RTA Cabinets? What's that??

RTA stands for “Ready To Assemble” and have become a favorite type of cabinet among contractors and DIYers. As the name implies, these cabinets come shipped to you “flat packed” (unassembled in a box) and will require assembly once delivered to you. This comes with significant cost savings in the end because you aren’t paying assembly labor charges from the manufacturer and you aren’t paying the additional shipping charges incurred by shipping bulky & large assembled cabinets.

Do you need any special skills to assemble these cabinets? If you can follow instructions then you can assemble these cabinets. We have plenty of assembly videos available to get started on putting the cabinets together.

Don’t let the name RTA fool you…once assembled, these cabinets are as strong or stronger than any cabinet you’d be able to order from a big box store…they are so strong that we never hesitate to install these cabinets in our own homes.

In addition to selling cabinetry online we do local installations of kitchens in new construction homes as well as existing residences. Cabinets we installed over a decade ago still look like they did the day they were installed.

The cabinets are engineered and tested to hold 500lbs. This far exceeds anything we could imagine putting in them.
